Roberts Container introduces the Dual Container Bottle
CHATSWORTH, Calif., October 9, 2005
Roberts Container announces the latest in storage and dispensing technology, the Dual Container Bottle (DCB).
This new-patented technology was developed for post mix requirements where the ingredients are stored separately and mixed just prior to application or consumption. The product consists of two independently sealed vessels joined together by a threaded surface, that forms a single container assembly. Once a “pull tab interference ring” is removed the user turns the bottom container clockwise causing two plugs (one in each vessel) to disengage allowing flow between the top and bottom vessels. The design uses a ratchet, between the rotating surfaces, that allows only clockwise motion, which prevents separating the two vessels after the activation process is started and is completed. As a result the consumer is assured of product integrity and tamper resistance.
The DCB is ideally suited for applications including hair coloring, cosmaceuticals, and medical formulations. Contact us for additional information or a demonstration.
